Elise is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists. She holds a Master’s Degree from Yorkville University, as well as an Undergraduate Degree in Early Childhood Studies from Ryerson University.
During her time at Ryerson University, Elise completed her practicum within the Toronto District School Board (TDSB), as well as Child Care Settings supporting children with disabilities. Elise also has 10 years of experience working with children, youth and families, providing care as well as supporting youth through developmental milestones and difficult transitional periods.
Elise utilizes an integrative approach and customizes treatment solutions to match the client’s goals, as well as their unique needs, combining modalities such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic, Strength-Based, Attachment and more. Elise offers compassionate, empathetic support to children (8+), youth and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, school challenges, life transitions, breakups, grief, parenting support, and self-esteem. Elise strives to develop a strong, therapeutic relationship with clients, and will occasionally utilize her sense of humor to support developing a safe, and comfortable space for you to explore your vulnerable experiences.
Elise believes every client that comes to Vault Mental Health seeking support, deserves a safe and compassionate space. She is committed to providing empathetic guidance and support and believes that each individual’s path to wellness is a unique, and courageous experience.
In-person and virtual availability: Mondays 4pm – 9pm, Wednesdays 9am – 3pm, Thursdays 9am – 4pm
Available upon request for virtual only: Monday mornings, Tuesday and Friday mornings or afternoons
