Charlotte is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and a Certified Canadian Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She holds a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, a Postgraduate degree in Mental Health and Addictions from Durham College, and an Undergraduate Honours Degree in Forensic Psychology. Charlotte has experience working at various settings including, Lakeridge Oshawa, schools, and non-for-profit agencies. Charlotte found a passion for helping others develop and strengthen tools to use in day-to-day life.
Charlotte offers support to children (10+), adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing issues relating to anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, relationship related problems, and self-esteem. Charlotte’s diverse experience, education and eclectic approach to her practice provides the guidance, understanding and support her clients seek to improve their lives. Charlotte uses a variety of methods in her work including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Person Centered Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, Gottman Method for Couples and Emotion Focused Therapy.

She is committed in providing her guidance, support and skill set to navigate with you through difficult challenges or situations. Charlotte is a caring therapist that believes anyone can work towards their goals for therapy no matter the starting point.
